Shipping and Exchanges
We offer FREE expedited shipping for all Canadian orders over $150. You will receive your shipping confirmation email as soon as a label is created for your order. We strive to ship all orders within a week, and will contact you via email if there are any additional delays or if we have any questions or issues with fulfillment of your order. The tracking status of your shipment may take up to 24 hours to update. We ship most orders via UPS for all orders within Canada that do not have a PO Box. All PO Box orders will ship via Canada Post.
Exchanges & Returns
If you’re not satisfied with your order, send us an email at email@example.com. We can accept returns and exchanges on new, unlit candles. Refunds will cover the cost of the item returned and do not include shipping fees. As a small business, we aren’t currently able to cover return or exchange shipping costs.
