What wax do you use?

We use North American grown soy wax. We promise never to use paraffin wax (the most common candle wax) because it's made from crude oil. This means it's not sustainable or clean, and is not something we'd burn in our own home. 

What else is in your candles?

We use a cotton wick, free from lead or zinc. Our scents are made from fragrances designed for use in candles. They're phthalate and paraben free.

How long should I burn my candle for?

No longer than 4 hours. This ensures you get the most life out of your candle. 

Should I trim my wick before I light my candle?

When you receive your brand new candle, it's ready to light and enjoy! On each subsequent burn, we recommend you remove the end of the burnt wick before re-lighting. This ensures no soot build up, and that it burns nice and cleanly.
